"High In The Dhofar Mountains" is such a beautiful poem, brings me back to my first Khareefs in Salalah....have enjoyed to let my thoughts wonder about at that time. The mist and the green mountains remind me of my hometown.

Thank you for this poem. Its been nice to have known someone so reflective and thoughtful, and its not just your pictures, but the way you have described that moment. It has captured what its really like to be in the Dhofar Mountains.

Keep writing:)

Hi Nicolina!

I've written a page on <em>"Camping in Dhofar"</em> which I hope you'll find useful. Let me know if you have further questions...

Dear Rosmee , got on your website through facebook . Looks like you know the region !

Can you advise us ( 2 families with kids ) where we could camp in Salalah . Not to disturb others and destroy nature .... we are looking for something green , with water if possible but quiet. Since we are 4 ladies we do not like to be ' visited' by curious youngsters ...
We will take day trips from our camp site. Is this possible ?
We will drive down from Muscat .

Would love to get some advice .

thanks
